Your area of responsibility:

• Carrying out repairs
• Maintenance of outdoor facilities (e.g. lawn mowing, winter service, cleaning)
• Checking and ensuring cleanliness and order in and around the building
• Locking services and monitoring of security systems

What you bring with you:

• Craftsmanship and technical understanding
• abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung wünschenswert 
• Professional experience as a janitor is an advantage (or comparable experience such as painter, carpenter, etc. typical craft industry)
• Sense of responsibility
• Physical resilience and friendly demeanor
• Class B driver's license desirable
