For a well-known customer in the region, we are looking for you as a Team Leader Conveyor (m/f/d) on a temporary basis.

Your tasks:

• Management and coordination of employees on the production line
• Ensure that all assembly line workers are evenly utilized
• Take measures to minimize production interruptions
• Help for machine operators in the event of malfunctions
• Monitoring of quantity specifications and quality guidelines on the assembly line
• Setting up and operating the packaging machines (shrink-wrapping machine, carton erector and sealer)

Your profile:

• Practical experience in production as well as technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Careful and reliable way of working with a high level of quality awareness
• Results- and solution-oriented way of working, well organized and flexible
• Strong social skills and enjoy working in a team
