Your area of responsibility:

• Independent monitoring and supervision of production
• Monitoring compliance with and implementation of hygiene regulations during production and for employees (m/f/d)
• Inspection of raw and finished goods based on specifications
• Decision-makers in defined sub-areas, e.g. blocking processes, deviations in raw materials on the production lines, approval of corrective measures regarding cleaning processes
• Data collection, recording of results, data evaluation
• Sampling
• Carrying out tastings of finished goods
• Support with the inspection of raw materials using Food Scan and comparison of parameters with specifications

What you bring with you:

• Initial professional experience in quality assurance or completed vocational training, e.g. food technology specialist (m/f/d)
• High quality awareness
• Reliability and ability to work in a team, confident demeanor
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP desirable
• German language spoken and written (B1)
• Own car to reach the place of work is mandatory
