Your tasks:

• Preparing and setting up the coating systems
• Equipping the coating systems set up
• Select coating programs and enter parameters as specified in the control unit
• Starting the coating process
• Monitoring the coating process
• Interruption of the coating process in the event of faults
• In the event of deviations, adjust the parameters according to specifications
• Preparation and post-processing of the components to be coated
• Troubleshooting with simple steps
• Reporting faults that cannot be rectified by simple manual action to the system operator or system manager
• Visual inspection of the condition and completeness of the components according to specifications
• Checking components for dimensional accuracy using preset measuring equipment according to specifications
• Information to the person responsible in the event of deviations
• Documentation of measurement results
• Carrying out maintenance and cleaning work on the coating system according to specifications

Your profile:

• You have completed 2 years of specialized vocational training or have at least an equivalent qualification
• Basic knowledge of coating processes and system technology is an advantage
• Quality awareness, commitment, the ability to work in a team and a structured and independent way of working are among your strengths
