Your area of responsibility:

• Bedienung und Überwachung von Maschinen und Anlagen zur Herstellung von Gummi- und Kunststoffteilen
• Quality control of the finished products
• Verpackung und Vorbereitung der Teile für den Versand
• Durchführung einfacher Wartungsarbeiten an den Maschinen
• Compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

What you bring with you:

• Erste Erfahrung in der Produktion wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-Betrieb (Früh-, Spät- und Nachtschicht)
• Reliability, ability to work in a team and a meticulous approach to work
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Good knowledge of German
