Your tasks:
- Professional and disciplinary management of employees on the assigned shift
- Ensuring that orders are processed on time from goods receipt to dispatch
- Independent employee scheduling and management
- Recording working hours and absences for subordinate employees in the systems provided for this purpose
- Supporting the customer with regard to all operational issues in cooperation with the operational and site management
- Monitoring of all legal and official requirements within the shift (occupational health and safety, occupational safety and working hours legislation)
- Integration of various planning topics into operational processes in cooperation with planning
- Damage recording and forwarding as well as sustainable solutions through PDCA process
- Management of key figures and information for all assigned employees (m/f/d) and employee groups as part of store floor management
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training, preferably as a warehouse logistics specialist or relevant professional experience
- Several years of professional and management experience as a shift supervisor (or similar) in warehouse logistics in the automotive sector
- Very good knowledge of materials management systems, MS Office and SAP required
- Strong leadership and assertiveness
- Confident communication and appearance to the customer if necessary
- Proactive action in cooperation with planning, operations and site management
- Ideally basic knowledge and experience in the application of labor law principles
- Willingness to work shifts (alternating early/late shifts)
