Your tasks:

• Close support of the operations team [production, sales, quality, finance] with all corresponding operational KPIs
• Development of optimization potentials and derivation of recommendations for action
• Determination and control of processes in the company [variance analyses]
• Analysis of cost items relating to operational activities in the company
• Further development and optimization of key figures
• Support and further development of planning and forecasting processes
• Implementation of cost accounting and cost management analyses
• Carrying out monthly stock and inventory valuations
• Support in the preparation of monthly financial statements & management reports
• Involvement in project and investment controlling
• Collaboration in the preparation of the annual budget and forecast planning

• Completed studies in the field of economics or completed commercial vocational training in combination with sound knowledge in the field of controlling
• Confident handling of MS-Office and SAP FI/ CO
• Proactive approach and strong analytical skills
• Structured and independent way of working
• Motivation, initiative, teamwork and communication skills
• Good knowledge of English is an advantage
