Die Tätigkeiten finden im 3-Schicht-System (Früh-, Spät-, und Nachtschicht) statt

Your area of responsibility:
- Bedienung und Überwachung der Produktionsanlagen
- Carrying out maintenance and repair work
- Überwachung der Produktqualität während des gesamten Produktionsprozesses
- Compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Documentation of production data
- Termingerechte Abwicklung der Produktionsaufträge
- Mitverantwortung für die Effizienzsteigerung der Anlagen
- Selbstständige Durchführung von Neben- und Vorbereitungsarbeiten
- Korrekte und vollständige Eingangskontrolle sowie Vorbereitung der Produktionsaufträge
What you bring with you:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Metall- oder Kunststofftechnik ist wünschenswert
- Technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in a team, reliability and flexibility
- Willingness to work shifts
- German spoken and written
