Deputy Shift Manager (m/f/d)

Job description

We are looking for a Deputy Shift Leader (m/f/d) for the production of plastic products in Remptendorf. In this responsible position, you will be responsible for managing and organizing your shift team to ensure efficient production while maintaining the highest quality standards.

• Management and coordination of shift operations
• Monitoring production processes to ensure compliance with quality assurance guidelines
• Execution of production orders

• Completed vocational training in the field of production or comparable qualification
• Experience in a management position within the industry, ideally in plastics processing
• Good knowledge in the areas of occupational safety and quality assurance
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• Willingness to work in shifts
