Job description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for you as a Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d) in direct placement. 

In this position, you will be responsible for the entire processing of orders, from obtaining quotations and approving orders to monitoring delivery dates. You will coordinate closely with suppliers, check and manage order processes and ensure an efficient supply of materials. You will also support the team in optimizing purchasing processes and ensure that all relevant documents and contracts are processed correctly.

Your tasks:

  • Obtaining and evaluating offers (materials, subcontractors and services in the field of technical building equipment and technical facility management)
  • General order processing
  • Participation in contract award negotiations
  • Implementation of supplier and subcontractor qualifications
  • Documentation of purchasing reporting

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial or technical training
  • Experience in a comparable environment desirable
  • First experience in the field of strategic purchasing advantageous
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of common MS Office applications
  • High sense of responsibility
