Your area of responsibility:
- Creating, adhering to and monitoring the project schedule
- Management and control of subcontractors
- Communication with client, architect, planner, structural engineer, suppliers if applicable
- Inspection, approval and monitoring of work and assembly plans
- Coordination of assembly
- Budget control & supplement management
- Preparation / coordination of accounting
What you bring with you:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Metallbaumeister (m/w/d), Techniker (m/w/d), Ingenieur (m/w/d)
- Rechtliche Erfahrung VOB
- Experience in the construction of facades / sheet metal constructions / steel constructions / glass constructions / windows / doors /
- Experience in the areas of project management, costing and IT
- Driver's license
- German language spoken and written (C1)
