Your tasks:
- Checking, operating and optimizing ventilation, refrigeration and air conditioning systems as well as other building services systems
- Checking and optimizing system parameters and processes
- Replacing and cleaning filter systems
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and rectification of malfunctions and faults
- Instructing, accompanying and monitoring external companies during maintenance and repair work
- Creating and maintaining audit documents
- Support in the planning of technical building systems as part of conversion projects by the building owner, e.g. participation in planning meetings
- Carrying out inspection, maintenance and repair work on structural and building services installations and inventory
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as an electronics technician / electrician or mechatronics technician (m/f/d)
- Several years of professional experience in the field of air conditioning, ventilation technology and technical building management
- Knowledge of measurement and control technology desirable
- Qualification according to VDI 6022 Cat. B desirable
- Independent and service-oriented work
- Reliability and ability to work in a team
- Flexible working hours (alternating early/late shift, weekend and public holiday shifts)
- Good written and spoken German
- Good user knowledge of MS Office
- Class B driver's license and willingness to drive company vehicles
