Tasks

• Independent operation, setup, and control of CNC-controlled milling, milling/turning, turning/milling, and turning machines
• Running in and optimizing CNC programs
• Complete machining of components in a wide range of batch sizes based on work plans and drawings
• Quality inspections and documentation of component-related dimensions and deviations
• Maintenance of tools and machines according to the maintenance schedule
• Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift operation, 18 shifts, as well as overtime and Saturdays

• Independent and goal-oriented way of working
• Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility and reliability
• Completed training as a machining mechanic or comparable qualification
• Experience in working with CNC machines
• Good knowledge of metalworking
