Tasks

• Processing/checking outgoing invoices
• Create / edit / send reminders
• Edit reminder return
• Performing tasks in judicial dunning procedures
• Reconciling accounts
• Creating and editing the list of open items

requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on finance/accounts receivable
• Experience in accounts receivable accounting
• Careful, structured and reliable way of working
• Good with numbers, a team player, and able to work under pressure
• Confident use of MS Office; experience with DATEV is an advantage
