We are looking for a committed and motivated internal sales representative (m/f/d) for our client's location inWurmannsquick as part of our direct recruitment service .

Tasks
- Actively contacting and supporting existing customers (good/long tail)
- Administrative processing and telephone support for partner customers
- Receipt and processing of RFQs; preparation and tracking of quotations, including calculation
- Maintenance of the CRM system (customer master data, follow-ups, reminders)
- Close coordination with the field service; follow-up on appointments
- First point of contact for incoming customer inquiries
- Preparation of bonus statements, evaluations, price lists
- Ensuring product master data availability in wholesale
requirements
- Completed commercial training, ideally with sales experience
- Affinity for numbers and attention to detail
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAGE100
