Tasks
- Independently manage the portfolio of business and/or other continuing education offerings and the learning platform
- Develop new course formats and products based on educational needs and trends in the skilled trades, and carry out evaluations and statistical analyses.
- Taking over lecturer management, including selection, support, coordination of teaching content, contracts, and billing
- Organizing and administering courses—from registrations and customer data management to lecturer documents and funding conditions to billing and tracking
- Optimizing content for print and online, including planning and executing Google Ads campaigns
- Advising prospective students on course content, career paths, and funding opportunities
requirements
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification – ideally supplemented by further training in business administration
- Initial experience in continuing vocational education, with educational organizations, and/or knowledge of the trade
- Possess a sound understanding of business management concepts
- You work in a structured, independent, and team-oriented manner and maintain an overview even when performing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You are confident in using digital tools, learning platforms, and MS Office, and are open to digital learning formats.
- Ideally, you have experience in planning and executing Google Ads campaigns and with CMS systems.
