Tasks
- Independent, technical management of own portfolio properties
- Contact person for tenants and service providers in technical matters
- Maintenance of data, documentation, and processes in the administration program
- Ensuring operation: heating, ventilation, elevators, underground parking garages, PV systems, etc.
- Coordination and supervision of service providers (caretakers, cleaning staff, etc.)
- Planning, implementation, and documentation of maintenance measures
- Obtaining, comparing, and evaluating offers; conducting acceptance tests
- Auditing invoices and preparing payment transactions
- subcontractor coordination
- Collaboration on business plans and special projects
requirements
- Completed training as an electronics technician for energy and building technology (m/f/d), electrician (m/f/d) or comparable technical training (in the fields of heating, ventilation, and sanitation)
- Ideally, professional experience
- Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ideally, experience with Domus CRM or similar systems
