Tasks

• Independent, technical management of own portfolio properties
• Contact person for tenants and service providers in technical matters
• Maintenance of data, documentation, and processes in the administration program
• Ensuring operation: heating, ventilation, elevators, underground parking garages, PV systems, etc.
• Coordination and supervision of service providers (caretakers, cleaning staff, etc.)
• Planning, implementation, and documentation of maintenance measures
• Obtaining, comparing, and evaluating offers; conducting acceptance tests
• Auditing invoices and preparing payment transactions
• subcontractor coordination
• Collaboration on business plans and special projects

requirements

• Completed training as an electronics technician for energy and building technology (m/f/d), electrician (m/f/d) or comparable technical training (in the fields of heating, ventilation, and sanitation)
• Ideally, professional experience
• Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ideally, experience with Domus CRM or similar systems
• Professional, solution-oriented approach
