Job description

We are looking for an accountant (m/f/d) as part of a direct placement for our client in Nuremberg.

Tasks

Accounting

  • Ongoing monitoring and processing of company accounts and payment transactions (reporting and dunning, monitoring of open items)
  • Invoice verification and approval of incoming invoices
  • Assistance with accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Preparation and support for monthly and annual financial statements
  • Contact person for tax audits, tax offices, tax advisors, etc.
  • General commercial administrative tasks

Controlling

  • Development and continuous updating of cost calculations (in particular manufacturing and prime costs)
  • Reviewing existing reports and creating new ones
  • Ensuring regular transmission of defined KPIs and statistics to Würth's Group Controlling department
  • Collaboration in the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts, including profitability calculations

requirements

  • Completed commercial training in an industrial environment with professional experience in controlling or finance
  • Alternatively: Completed degree in economics with initial experience in the areas of responsibility described above
  • Friendly and engaging manner
  • Confident use of standard MS Office software, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage
