Tasks

• Spray painting of metal parts
• Preparation of surfaces to be painted by cleaning, sanding, and polishing
• Safe handling of spray guns
• Experience in painting large surfaces
• Preparation, cleaning, and painting of rail vehicle parts, assemblies, and bodies according to technical specifications
• Application of primer, intermediate, and top coats using various painting and spraying techniques
• Compliance with surface quality standards as well as occupational safety and environmental guidelines
• Visual inspection and quality control of painted components

requirements

• Successfully completed training as an industrial painter, vehicle painter (m/f/d)
• Safe handling of spray guns, airless or airmix systems, and electrostatic systems.
• Ability to perform quality control, coating thickness measurement, and visual inspection.
• Precise working method for high-quality surface finishing
• Good eyesight (no color blindness), healthy respiratory tract, and no allergies to paints or solvents.
• Shift availability: at least a 2-shift system
• Basic communication in the German language
