Job description

We are looking for construction managers (m/f/d) for civil engineering and gardening and landscaping on behalf of our client in the Rhine-Main area.

The scope of application covers a wide range of services—from earthworks and the construction of complete outdoor facilities to maintenance. The projects are mainly in commercial and industrial construction as well as in the area of medium-sized and large public construction projects.

Tasks

As a construction manager (m/f/d) , you will be responsible for the organization, coordination, and successful completion of our customer projects. You will lead a dedicated team in the field of
garden and landscape maintenance and ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
Your tasks will include in particular:

1. Project management and operational implementation
   Independent and goal-oriented execution of gardening and landscaping projects
   Ensuring compliance with time, quality, and budget requirements
   Coordination and supervision of external companies and internal processes on the construction site
2. Personnel management and resource planning
   Technical management and motivation of the project team on site
   Responsibility for personnel and resource planning, including machinery and work equipment
   Delegation of tasks and ensuring efficient work processes
   Responsibility for compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on construction sites
3. Customer and order support
   Contact person (m/f/d) for clients throughout the entire project duration
   Processing inquiries, calculating and preparing quotes
   Maintaining long-term customer relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction
4. Work preparation and organization
   Creation of construction schedules and coordination of all parties involved in the project
   Preparation and provision of all necessary resources and materials
   Monitoring of compliance with legal regulations and technical standards

requirements

• Qualifications & Experience:
• Completed master craftsman, technician training or studies in gardening and landscaping
• Several years of professional experience in the management of landscaping projects
• In-depth understanding of time, budget, and quality management on construction sites
• Class B driver's license required
• Professional & personal skills:
• A sense of responsibility, quality and safety awareness
• Structured, self-organized way of working and quick comprehension skills
• Ideally, initial management experience
• Communicative, team-oriented appearance with high social competence
• Additional plus points:
• Knowledge of dealing with subcontractors and resource planning
• Confident manner towards customers, clients and partners
