Tasks
- Interior fittings for rail vehicles
- Performing wiring and connection work
- Assembly of electronic and mechanical components and elements, including the necessary functional and visual inspections
- Control cabinet wiring and wiring of electrical components
- Error analysis and troubleshooting according to circuit diagrams and functional diagrams
- On-time, cost-effective, and high-quality production of assemblies
- Assembly of wires, cables, cable harnesses, and connection systems
- Quality and material testing
requirements
- Installation of energy supply, control, signaling, and drive technology systems, as well as cable laying.
- Regular inspection and maintenance of the systems to prevent breakdowns.
- Analysis of faults using modern measuring devices and software, repair of defective components.
- Programming of automation systems (PLC) and configuration of drive devices.
- Performing functional and safety checks in accordance with accident prevention regulations.
- Documentation & training: Documentation of test results and system changes, as well as training users in operation.
- Shift availability: at least a 2-shift system
- Basic communication in German (B2)
