Tasks

Goods receipt & inspection

• Acceptance of deliveries and checking for completeness and integrity
• Documentation and reporting of deviations
• Recording goods in the SAP/ERP system

Storage & inventory control

• Proper storage, taking into account storage locations, batches, and storage principles
• Conducting regular stock checks and inventories
• Ensuring proper warehouse labeling

Order picking & packaging

• Compiling customer or production orders (picking)
• Packaging and preparing goods for shipping
• Preparation of shipping documents and accompanying documents

Shipping & Logistics

• Preparation of goods for national and international transport

System maintenance & documentation

• Maintenance of stock levels in the SAP system
• Documentation of storage and retrieval, test reports, and transport documents
• Participation in the optimization of logistical processes

Safety & Order

• Ensuring a clean, safe, and structured storage environment
• Compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines

Team & Communication

• Close cooperation with production, purchasing, shipping, and quality management
• Clear communication of priorities, deviations, and special cases
• Support in training new employees

requirements

• Completed training in warehousing/logistics (mandatory—no warehouse assistants)
• Forklift license
• Crane certificate
• German language skills at least B2 (mandatory, e.g., for reading delivery notes)
• Experience in working with SAP/ERP systems
• Structured and careful way of working
