Tasks
- General office organization, including handling mail and emails
- Telephone and written correspondence with customers and internal departments
- Syntactic monitoring: Checking, analyzing, and initiating error corrections
- Empty property search: Registrations for basic and replacement supply
- Generating output for potential owners
- General processing and documentation in SAP R/3
requirements
- Completed commercial training, ideally as an office administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented personality
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
- Knowledge of administrative tasks and customer service
- Knowledge of SAP systems desirable but not essential
