Tasks

  • General office organization, including handling mail and emails
  • Telephone and written correspondence with customers and internal departments
  • Syntactic monitoring: Checking, analyzing, and initiating error corrections
  • Empty property search: Registrations for basic and replacement supply
  • Generating output for potential owners 
  • General processing and documentation in SAP R/3 

 

requirements

  • Completed commercial training, ideally as an office administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented personality
  • Independent, structured and reliable way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
  • Knowledge of administrative tasks and customer service 
  • Knowledge of SAP systems desirable but not essential
