Tasks
- Independent implementation of payroll accounting
- Maintenance and administration of employee master data in the HR system
- Preparation of reports to social security institutions and tax authorities
- Processing of payment transactions for salaries and other remuneration
- Collaboration on payroll-relevant special projects
- Contact person for employees with payroll and accounting-related questions
- Cooperation with tax consultants and external service providers
requirements
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in payroll accounting, ideally in a medium-sized company
- Confident handling of MS Office and common payroll and HR systems
- Knowledge of social security and tax regulations
- Independent, structured way of working, discretion and sense of responsibility
- Very good knowledge of German (at least C1), knowledge of English an advantage
