Job description

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) for our client in the Mannheim region as part of a recruitment process.

Tasks

  • Independent implementation of payroll accounting
  • Maintenance and administration of employee master data in the HR system
  • Preparation of reports to social security institutions and tax authorities
  • Processing of payment transactions for salaries and other remuneration
  • Collaboration on payroll-relevant special projects
  • Contact person for employees with payroll and accounting-related questions
  • Cooperation with tax consultants and external service providers

requirements

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Experience in payroll accounting, ideally in a medium-sized company
  • Confident handling of MS Office and common payroll and HR systems
  • Knowledge of social security and tax regulations
  • Independent, structured way of working, discretion and sense of responsibility
  • Very good knowledge of German (at least C1), knowledge of English an advantage
