Tasks
- Independent and autonomous setup of CNC lathes (short-turning machines, 1 spindle, 1 slide with VDI mounts)
- Individual programming of the respective machine using Siemens and Fanuc controls, optimization of programs
- Select tools and fixtures and change them as needed
- You set up the machine and monitor the quality of the manufactured parts.
- Independent implementation of dimension corrections and program changes
requirements
- Completed vocational training as a cutting machine operator and professional experience in tool and mold making
- Good skills in regrinding tools (drills, shaped steel)
- Good knowledge of working with CNC machines
- Good PC skills
- Willingness to work shifts
