Tasks

• Kundenberatung im Inbound und Outbound
• Bedarfsabfrage von Bestandskunden
• Beratung über Angebote und Prämien via Telefon und E-Mail
• Bearbeitung allgemeiner Kundenanfragen- /Reklamationen
• Eigenständige Dokumentation

• Freundliche Telefonstimme mit Lächeln
• Einfühlungsvermögen und Empathie
• Sehr gute deutsche Aussprache
• IT skills
• Lernbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
