Tasks

• You will independently process and review claims in the area of transport liability for the entire Rieck Logistics Group.  
• In doing so, you will correspond independently with customers, logistics partners, and insurers.
• You create invoices, carry out billing, and process recourse claims.
• As a team player, you will support customer service and sales with your expertise.
• In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in projects, for example in the field of digitization.

requirements

• Commercial training in freight forwarding and logistics services or a comparable specialist qualification.
• Initial experience in insurance management is advantageous, but not essential.
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and have organizational skills and a sense of responsibility.
• You are confident in using standard MS Office applications and modern communication software.
• You have very good written and spoken German skills.
