Tasks

• Contact person (m/f/d) for technical questions in the field of CNC coordinate grinding
• Processing of production orders, including programming of new geometries and implementation of series production on 3- and 5-axis CNC coordinate grinding machines
• Collaboration on projects involving the selection and introduction of new machines, devices, and tools
• Support in managing all measures for the maintenance, repair, and care of workstations, tools, and machines
• Support with compliance tasks, particularly with regard to occupational safety in the CNC area
• Support in coordinating testing and measuring equipment management requirements in cooperation with quality assurance

requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training as a precision mechanic (m/f/d) with further training as a technician or master craftsman in the field of precision mechanics or comparable qualification
• Additional qualification as an instructor, trainer, or coach is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in the relevant field with 3- and 5-axis machining centers, ideally in the machining of ceramic or glass materials
• Extensive experience and knowledge in the field
• Experience in the manufacture of complex shaped components
• Independent and quality-conscious way of working
• Deep technological understanding of machine setup and maintenance
• Good German language skills (minimum B2 language level)
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork
