Tasks

• Conducting tenders and comparing bids
• Negotiation and conclusion of contracts with suppliers
• Monitoring of orders, deliveries, and inventory levels
• Maintaining supplier relationships and identifying new suppliers
• Analysis of market developments and procurement conditions for cost optimization

requirements

• Completed commercial training or degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in purchasing or procurement is an advantage
• Negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and organizational talent
• Confident use of MS Office and experience with purchasing systems and software
• Good written and spoken English skills
