Job description

We are looking for a factory outlet manager (m/f/d) to hire directly for a customer in the Borna region.

Tasks

• Establishment and development of factory sales from the outset
• Helping to shape the product range and merchandise presentation
• Organization and control of goods flows in close coordination with logistics and internal specialist departments
• Establishing and managing a suitable sales team, including personnel recruitment and resource planning
• Participation in marketing and marketing concepts for factory sales
• Responsibility for ongoing operations and economic development
• Prospective independent management of the site
• If development is successful, option to expand the concept to other locations
