Tasks

• Set up machines according to plan
• Provide parts and materials, prepare tools, and adjust according to tables, drawings, or adjustment plans.
• Processing workpieces, monitoring machine operation, and interrupting it if necessary
• Correct adjustment data or clamping
• Check workpieces for dimensional accuracy, condition, and completeness, and, if necessary, modify the test density in consultation with quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions in machines, or have them troubleshot, and determine the causes of malfunctions.
• Readjust tools. Encourage measures for process optimization.
• Perform minor repair and maintenance work within the specified scope

requirements

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic specializing in machining, automotive mechatronics technician, or machine and plant operator
• Without training, only with professional experience on CNC-controlled machining centers
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (including night shifts)
• Good written and spoken German
• Mobility and flexibility
