Tasks

• Supporting workshop management in scheduling workshop orders and in planning and assigning workshop employees
• Monitoring the quality and completeness of the work carried out on the vehicles
• Performing final checks on all workshop passes
• Responsibility for the proper execution of repair orders
• Ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines in warranty and goodwill cases

requirements

• Completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d)
• Completed training as a service technician (m/f/d) and/or master craftsman (m/f/d) in the automotive industry is an advantage.
• Relevant, several years of professional experience as an automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d) and/or service technician (m/f/d)
• Extensive knowledge and experience in all relevant automotive repair work and vehicle electronics, including solid experience in computer-assisted repair and maintenance.
• Experience in providing technical guidance to employees
• In-depth knowledge of production and order control as well as work preparation
• Driver's license, at least class B
• High sense of responsibility and strong communication skills
• Strong social skills and customer focus
