Tasks

• Bearbeitung und Erstellung der Versandpapiere national und international 
• Zollabwicklung inkl. Erstellung geforderter Zollformulare 
• Kontrolle des Versandgutes 
• Stock management 
• Picking and packing activities 
• Erstellung von Arbeitsplänen und Betriebsaufträgen 
• Versandabwicklung 
• Ansprechpartner in der Logistik für Kunden 
• Steuerung und Überwachung von Unterlieferanten 
• Appointment tracking 
• Planung und Überwachung der Absatzzahlen 
  Überwachung von Warenbeständen, Lagerbewegungen und Lieferterminen 
  Verwaltung von Leergut im Vertretungsfall 
  Vertretung Wareneingang

requirements

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Weiterbildung zum Fachkaufmann für Logistik (m/w/d) von Vorteil
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Experience in administrative tasks and working with MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• Hohes Kostenbewusstsein
• Independent, structured approach to work and good organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High degree of accuracy and sense of responsibility
