Job description

 We are looking for you as a Human Resources Administrator (m/f/d) for a well-known customer in the region.

Tasks

  • Personnel administration (personnel files, contracts, certificates, deadlines)
  • Organization of hiring and resignations
  • Maintenance of personnel master data
  • Conducting job interviews
  • Contact person for employees in all administrative personnel matters
  • Supporting payroll accounting with simple, preparatory tasks

requirements

  • Commercial training with a focus on human resources or comparable
  • Experience in personnel administration
  • Strong organizational skills and an independent and very meticulous approach to work
  • High degree of discretion and sense of responsibility
  • Friendly, engaging manner and clear communication
  • Basic understanding of payroll accounting and bookkeeping is an advantage
