Tasks
- Personnel administration (personnel files, contracts, certificates, deadlines)
- Organization of hiring and resignations
- Maintenance of personnel master data
- Conducting job interviews
- Contact person for employees in all administrative personnel matters
- Supporting payroll accounting with simple, preparatory tasks
requirements
- Commercial training with a focus on human resources or comparable
- Experience in personnel administration
- Strong organizational skills and an independent and very meticulous approach to work
- High degree of discretion and sense of responsibility
- Friendly, engaging manner and clear communication
- Basic understanding of payroll accounting and bookkeeping is an advantage
