Tasks

• Support with machine operation and conversion
• Packaging and labeling products
• Quality control and visual inspection of finished products
• Filling production facilities and machines
• Compliance with safety and hygiene standards
• Assembly of vehicle components
• Monitoring of production processes and identification of opportunities for improvement
• Documentation of production data and processes
• Collaboration with quality management to ensure product standards
• Training and familiarization of new employees with production processes

• Initial experience in production or skilled trades is an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts
• Reliability and ability to work in a team
• Independent and careful way of working
• Good German language skills are an advantage
