MAG welder (m/f/d)

Job description

We are looking for you as a MAG welder (m/f/d) for a well-known customer in Rosenfeld.

Tasks

• Performing a wide range of locksmith and metal construction work 
• Execution of demanding multi-layer weld seams in accordance with specifications
• Professional processing of sheet metal, pipes, profiles, and various metal structures
• Operation and monitoring of various production and processing equipment (including sawing machines)
• Welding in heavy steel construction using welding process 135
• Execution of fillet and butt welds (FW, BW)
• Safe handling of the cutting torch
• Independent setup, adjustment, and customization of welding equipment
• Processing of materials with thicknesses > 3 mm, predominantly > 5 mm

requirements

• Completed vocational training in the metalworking sector (e.g., metalworker, locksmith, construction mechanic) or comparable qualification
• In-depth knowledge of MAG welding (process 135) and confident execution of FW and BW welds
• Experience in processing metal components such as sheet metal, pipes, profiles, and structures
• Safe handling of metalworking machines and tools, including cutting torches and sawing equipment
• Independent, reliable, and quality-oriented approach to work
• Good German language skills for communication within the team and for reading technical documents
• Class B driver's license and own vehicle to ensure reliable access to the workplace
• Willingness to work in 2-shift operation
