Tasks

• Carrying out maintenance, testing and inspection orders for technical building equipment
• Regular inspections to monitor the condition of the building and detect faults at an early stage
• Coordination and monitoring of subcontractors on site
• Error analysis and troubleshooting in technical facility management
• Project management including cost, schedule and performance monitoring as well as management of the building technicians

requirements

• Completed training as an electronics technician, electrical engineer or comparable qualification
• Further training as a master craftsman or technician in the field of electrical engineering
• Sound experience in the maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of technical systems
• Experience in managing and coordinating technicians and subcontractors
• Confident handling of MS Office and a class B driver's license
