Tasks
- Organization, management, and control of all technical building management
- Management and supervision of maintenance, inspections, servicing, safety checks, and repairs
- Defect and warranty tracking
- Acting as a direct contact person for clients
- Management and supervision of contracted external companies
- Management responsibility for own employees
- Preparation of documentation and reports, maintenance of IT systems, and updating of technical documentation
- Taking on sales tasks on site, including preparing quotations
requirements
- Completed degree in a technical field (e.g., supply engineering, facility management, electrical engineering) or technician/master craftsman in the field of electrical engineering
- Knowledge of building services engineering / technical building equipment (TGA) desirable
- Thinking and acting economically
- Very good written and spoken German
- Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- In-depth commercial knowledge
- Management experience
- Willingness to undergo security screening
