Tasks
- • Maintenance, repair, and servicing of refrigeration and air conditioning systems directly at the customer's site
- • Troubleshooting and repairing faults in complex mechanical and electronic systems
- • Installation and commissioning of new refrigeration and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties
- • Customer service and technical support for optimizing systems
- • Careful documentation of your work and close cooperation with the technical team
requirements
- • Completed training as a mechatronics engineer for refrigeration technology, refrigeration system engineer, or comparable qualification
- • Ideally, initial experience in customer service or in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning technology
- • Sound technical understanding of mechanics, electronics, and refrigeration systems
- • Independent, solution-oriented approach to work and a friendly manner when dealing with customers
- • Class B driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
