Tasks
- • Receiving and processing fault reports, complaints, and tenant inquiries with technical understanding
- • Coordination of appointments, evaluation, and feedback on maintenance and service logs
- • Processing orders, preparing quotations, and checking and managing incoming invoices
- • Operation and maintenance of CAFM systems (e.g., Planon) and other specific software solutions
- • Communication with tenants, employees, and subcontractors, as well as support with general office organization and database maintenance
requirements
- • Completed commercial training (e.g., office management assistant, industrial clerk) with technical understanding or comparable qualification
- • Initial professional experience in facility management or a similar service sector
- • Confident use of MS Office and, ideally, basic knowledge of CAFM systems such as Planon
- • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- • Flexibility, resilience, and ability to work in a team
