Tasks

• • Planning, executing, and monitoring services (in-house and external) in the areas of construction/electrical engineering/building services engineering
• • Monitoring and adhering to budget targets
• • Supplement management
• • Performing audits
• • Carrying out inspections Compiling project documentation
• • Performing and documenting security checks

requirements

• • Completed degree (industrial engineering, business administration, or technical degree with commercial experience)
• • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• • Strong communication skills and experience in interdisciplinary collaboration
• • High level of initiative and solution-oriented thinking, even in challenging project situations
• • Structured approach to work and confident time management
