Tasks
- Setting up the machines
- Format changes and minor and immediate repairs
- Control and monitoring of machine functions
- Ensuring machine safety and occupational safety at production facilities
- Break replacement for line employees
- Performing maintenance and servicing in accordance with the maintenance schedule
- Checking spare parts inventory and triggering demand notifications
- Recording of all incidents in the line logbooks
- Collaboration in optimizing machine settings
- Performing routine tasks such as batch and order changes
- Eliminating mechanical faults in production facilities
- Request an electrician or maintenance technician if necessary
- Obligation to report deviations in the production process and malfunctions in the production facilities to the supervisor
- Carrying out the shift handover, i.e., exchanging information with the next shift
- Documentation in manufacturing protocols
- Maintenance of plant documentation
- Creating format overviews, setting lists, and updating them
requirements
- Successfully completed training, e.g., as a machine setter or industrial mechanic
- Knowledge of filling, labeling, and packaging equipment
- safe handling in the operation of machinery
- Reliability, teamwork, and flexibility
- IT user skills/experience (MS Office, SAP)
- Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and weekends
