Tasks
- Processing orders and coordinating repairs and trade services
- Creation and maintenance of documentation and reports
- Communication with craftsmen and customers
- Examination and coordination of technical inquiries
- Preparation of work orders and material requirements
- Scheduling and resource planning for repairs and maintenance
requirements
- Completed vocational training (e.g., as a carpenter, electronics technician, painter, etc.) or similar qualification
- Experience in claims management or repair coordination is an advantage
- Technical understanding and the ability to assess repairs
- Organizational talent and a structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and the ability to mediate between tradespeople and office management
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally also project management tools
- Good written and spoken German
