Tasks
- Large-scale painting: Independent painting of rail vehicles using state-of-the-art technology.
- Preparation: Surface treatment such as degreasing, sanding, filling, priming, and precise masking.
- Process: Mixing paints and applying the coating.
- Quality assurance: Measurement of coating thickness, final inspection of surfaces, and repair/rework.
requirements
- Spray painting of metal parts
- Preparation of surfaces to be painted by cleaning, sanding, and polishing
- Safe handling of spray guns
- Experience in painting large surfaces
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- Confident in German and English, both spoken and written
