Tasks

•  Maintenance, servicing and repair of sanitary, heating and air conditioning systems 
• Troubleshooting and rectifying technical faults on site 
• Support for modernization and conversion projects 
• Careful documentation of work processes and feedback to technical management 
• Close cooperation with colleagues and customers on site 

requirements

• Completed training as a plant mechanic (m/f/d) for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology or comparable qualification 
• Ideally first professional experience in building services engineering 
• Technical understanding and a structured, independent way of working 
• Ability to work in a team and reliability 
• Class B driver's license an advantage
