Tasks

• Maintenance, inspection and repair of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary systems
• Creation of maintenance logs and processing of fault reports
• Operation, commissioning and optimization of technical systems
• Assembly and installation work for new builds and conversions
• Ensuring safety and quality standards during all assignments

requirements

• Completed training as a HVAC plant mechanic, heating and ventilation engineer, gas and water fitter or comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of the mechanical trades of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation
• Experience in maintenance and repair of technical systems
• Class B driver's license
• Willingness to participate in emergency and breakdown service
