Tasks
- Repair and maintenance of windows, doors, and sun protection systems (roller shutters, awnings, blinds, external blinds, etc.)
- Fault analysis and troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical components
- Setting and adjusting fittings, locks, drives, and controls
- Replacement and repair of glazing, seals, profiles, and fittings
- Carrying out preventive maintenance work to ensure functionality, energy efficiency, and safety
requirements
- Completed technical training
- Confident handling of technical drawings and assembly details
- Class B driver's license (Class C/CE is an advantage)
- Experience in maintenance, repair, and servicing of building components is an advantage
- Manual dexterity and technical understanding (mechanical and electrical)
- Customer-oriented approach, reliability, and ability to work independently
