Tasks

• Personalführung in deinem Verantwortungsbereich
• Quantity control within the division
• Ensuring the provision of raw materials for production
• Support for personnel planning
• Producing the correct finished product in the correct quantity
• Überwachung der Leistung/Motivation der Mitarbeiter zur Leistungssteigerung (Kennzahlen)
• Einhaltung des Hygienestandards, IFS relevanter Themen und Unterstützung bei der
• Einhaltung gesetzlichen Vorgaben der FertigPackV
• Ausfüllen und kontrollieren der Checklisten
• Durchführen von Inventuren
• Induction of new team colleagues

requirements

• Completed training as a food technology specialist, chef or relevant professional experience with a focus on food processing
• You are characterized by reliability and team spirit
• Mit Menschen aus verschiedenen Kulturen umzugehen, fällt es Ihnen leicht und Sie sind offen für unterschiedliche Sprachen und Traditionen
• Good PC skills (Windows, MS Office)
• Good knowledge of written and spoken German
