Tasks

• Independent creation of CNC programs for sheet metal working
• Selection of suitable tools for machining and forming
• Manufacture of order-specific components, assemblies, and metal structures from sheet metal, pipes, or profiles (small-batch production)
• Processing CNC programs on the machines, including setup, loading, and unloading
• Maintenance and care of machines as well as monitoring tool life

requirements

• Completed vocational training in the metalworking sector (e.g., industrial mechanic, sheet metal worker, industrial fitter)
• Good knowledge of semi-manual machine operation
• Knowledge of TrueTOPS booking programs desirable
• Experience with punching and/or laser machines is advantageous
• Affinity for programming
• Technical understanding and spatial imagination
• Forklift license, crane license, and driver's license (Class B driver's license) are advantageous
• Ability to work in a team and independently
