Job description

On behalf of a well-known customer in the Rottweil region, we are looking for you as a logistics employee (m/f/d) in the area of goods receipt or goods issue.

Tasks

  • Managing the timely completion of orders 
  • Coordination of shipping priorities with the customer's interface partners 
  • Support with time slot control for outgoing goods traffic 
  • Creation of delivery bills and transport documents 
  • Compliance with ADR guidelines and ensuring correct departure checks 
  • Receipt and inspection of incoming goods 
  • Checking the goods for completeness and integrity 
  • Booking the goods in the warehouse management system 
  • Preparation and labeling of goods for storage 
  • Acceptance and processing of customs goods 

requirements

  • Completed vocational training, preferably as a warehouse logistics specialist or relevant professional experience 
  • Good written and spoken German 
  • ERP/SAP knowledge desirable 
  • PC skills and confident use of MS Office applications 
  • Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts) 
  • Independent, careful and self-reliant way of working
